The International Red Cross said thousands of people have been displaced by fighting between government forces and Shia rebels in northern Yemen.Humanitarian groups said on Thursday that residents leave their homes in the southern city of Sa’ada and has been sheltering at the UN camp in Harad.Red Cross officials said Irfan Sulejmani aid workers trying to help refugees, but the security situation makes it very difficult to reach refugees in need and help bring the material.The Red Cross said the Yemeni government and the rebels are required to invite international humanitarian law to remain cautious so that civilians do not become victims.The Red Cross said they recently opened a new camp that will be able to accommodate 1000 people displaced within the country.
